WINDING DOWN ON PURPOSE: how to intentionally rest & reflect in our slower seasons
As we head into fall, most of us are excited for a slower schedule! After a crazy summer, we welcome the PSLs, cozy flannels, and our favorite soup recipes!
But as entrepreneurs, it’s not uncommon to move from one intense season to another: to see our ‘slow season’ as a time to dive into website design, marketing strategies, and enrichment courses. In this training, we learn how to allow rest, and recognize signs that our bodies are ready for focused work again. As our minds and bodies rest, our circles of safety expand, and we’re able to take on more emotionally, socially, and educationally.
The rest and recovery is 100% worth it!
There’s no homework for this training, but members are encouraged to take personal notes to help them recognize their own phases of rest and recovery.
