Sew Along: Removable Sleeves

Detachable sleeves are everywhere right now… so we had to talk about it.

In this training, we walked through the different types of sleeve requests coming in lately — from swag sleeves (our little MVP 👏) to fitted sleeves, bishop sleeves, and all the custom combinations brides are dreaming up.

We talked about what’s actually working in real fittings, what can turn into a time-consuming project real quick, and how to guide your brides toward options that are both beautiful and functional.

We also got into:

• using samples to make selling (and explaining!) so much easier

• simple ways to source fabrics and lace without overcomplicating things

• and how to price these projects in a way that actually reflects your time and skill

Because let’s be honest… a “quick little sleeve add-on” is rarely that simple 😅
