Taking responsibility for the communication in our business empowers us to make changes for different outcomes in client interactions. We’re working from an ‘at-cause’ mindset.
Communicating boundaries and expectations in a clear and fair way is another way to love and serve our clients, as opposed to assuming they know what we want from them.
When they know what we expect from them, they’ll feel more confident and at ease with us!
Creating a contract is imperative to protect yourself and your business! (even if you’re “just” sewing a few gowns a year!)
