Unveiling her Story: how to bring our bride’s vision to life with Matt Banever

une in to learn from master storyteller Matthew Banever, owner of Bards Clothing.

Matt has built a brand around the integrity of quality materials and workmanship, and the unique stories of his clients.

When he started the business in 2020, you can imagine the unexpected roadblocks that he had to overcome! Bards Clothing represents tenacity and grit, and intentional focus on the individual client. You’ll feel so inspired to keep going after hearing Matt’s story!

The reason I was most excited to chat with Matt tho, was to hear how he artfully celebrates each client’s story, and how he fulfills each client’s individual need with care and precision.

As bridal seamstresses, it can be tempting to see our clientele as having the same story and the same need. But if we truly want to provide an experience to cherish, we need to take the extra care to view individual clients with a fresh set of eyes.

In this episode, Matt shares insights to the fitting process to help us make appointments personal and intentional, leading to the results our brides have been dreaming of! We talk about the steps that you can take before a bride even arrives for their first fitting, and also the kinds of leading questions we can ask to clarify her vision.
